Men's Relationship Support in Belmont, MA

If you're a man stuck in the same relationship fights, this is a place to start over. Or if you're just feeling disconnected, I can help.

5 Star Rating Licensed Massachusetts Relationship Counselor Serving Belmont & Greater Boston
Why Now

Signs You Could Use Support Right Now

A lot of men wait too long before asking for help. They tell themselves it's fine, then one day it isn't. I see this a lot with guys commuting into Cambridge or Boston on Route 2. They're stretched thin and short on patience at home. Winter makes it worse here. Close quarters during a nor'easter can turn small cracks into real fights. The EPA notes that strong relationships and support systems are tied to better overall wellbeing and stress resilience[1]. Waiting doesn't fix that. It usually just adds more silence to the mix.

Common Struggles

Feeling Shut Out

Your partner feels distant and you don't know why. I help you figure out what's really going on underneath.

Same Fight, Different Day

You argue about the same thing over and over. We'll help you break that loop instead of repeating it again.

Work Eating Your Marriage

Long commutes and late nights leave nothing for home. I help you find a balance that actually works.

Anger You Can't Shake

Small things set you off more than they should. We'll work on what's under that reaction, not just the symptom.

After a Separation

You're trying to rebuild, alone or with your partner. We'll help you find solid ground again.

Renovation Stress

Belmont's older colonials and capes come with contractor headaches. Money and house stress spill right into marriages.

Fair Pricing

Men's Relationship Support Cost in Belmont

Pricing depends on how often you come in and what you're working through. Some men need a few sessions to get unstuck. Others want ongoing support through a bigger change. Realist. I’d recommend Tim if you’re genuinely ready to end your own BS and prepared to feel what’s uncomfortable. He’s a good coach who remains professional and friendly even through friction. He genuinely knows his stuff from decades of experience, takes pride in what he does, and is a proficient listener and learner.

The work helped me dissolve layers and get closer to what I actually feel and what I somatically mean through bodily sensations of truth. By the end, you’ll likely have a greater appreciation for your own agency, volition and the control you do have within your life.

Tim is genuinely a relationship coach with spiritual breadth and depth, rather than merely a “manifestation” coach. Ultimately, the work gets you closer to the answer that’s true by getting you closer to yourself.

My experience with Tim was he was able to stay compassionately present with me during deep dark and bright light moments. This lead to a real shift in the stuck energy I was experiencing. He helps get to the heart of things if you are willing to do your part - highly recommend him as a coach.

Working withTim helped me reclaim parts of myself I had no, or very little relationship with. It moved me towards a more honest, accepting and much kinder relationship with myself. For that I am grateful.

Tim Grimes is an amazing coach. Not just in terms of Manifestation, Law of Attraction/Assumption, but in general. He is serious and dedicated to his work and he is constantly learning and growing. Above all, he is someone who has tried and, yes, has been through many failures in his spiritual/ manifestation practice as he demonstrates with candor and humor on his YouTube channel. When you work with him, you are working with a vast and deep breadth of knowledge, and decades of practical experience. In spite of that, when you are in session with him, it feels like talking with an old friend.

Tim gave some amazing advice to myself and my mother regarding some of the difficulties we’ve been having in our lives. By far some of the most valuable we have ever received. A huge thanks to Tim for all his help

Tim is genuinely loving and compassionate. He helps people better understand how to connect with their own emotions and feelings. I’ve been following his content for a while, and I’ve also had the pleasure of speaking with him over a video call. If you need support, don’t hesitate to reach out to him.

I’ve been reading Tim’s books since 2016, starting with The Joy of Not Thinking. That book was a revelation. I hadn’t realized how much my constant thinking was exhausting me—physically.

His techniques are simple, practical, and genuinely effective. I still use them today. I highly recommend his writing.

I just really love how easily Tim connects with his audience and especially with me. I have been in touch with him and his channel for about a year now, and it has been life changing for me (no exaggeration). If people truly listen to his advice with an open mind, im sure it can change their lives too.

Questions

Men's Relationship Support Questions

Here's what Belmont men usually ask before their first session.

  • How much does this cost?

Sessions typically run $120 to $200 depending on format. We'll confirm the cost before you book anything. Some Belmont residents use insurance to offset part of it.

  • How long does a session take?

Most sessions run about 50 minutes. That's enough time to get into something real without rushing. I can adjust if you need more time.

  • Can't I just work through this on my own?

You can try, but most men find an outside perspective speeds things up. It's hard to see your own patterns from inside them. A second set of eyes helps.

  • How often should I come in?

Weekly sessions work best when you're in the middle of something tough. Once things settle, many men move to every other week. We'll figure out the right rhythm together.

  • How soon can I get help?

Usually within a week. If things feel urgent, say so when you call. We'll do what I can to get you in sooner.

  • What are the signs I should reach out?

Constant arguing, feeling shut out, or just a sense that something's off are all good reasons. Trust that feeling instead of waiting for things to get worse.

  • Do you only work with couples?

No. A lot of men come in on their own first. That's often where the real work starts, before a partner is ever in the room.
